scoliosis results using our unique treatment methods
When viewing the photographs of the back, look for the alignment of the pelvis, the changes in the arm to body windows, the height of the shoulders, the position of the shoulder blades (winging versus not winging). Compare any areas of trunk prominence and concavity between the two photographs. Look for improved symmetry and improved spine alignment.scoliosis results using our unique treatment methods
Compare the hip alignment vertically in comparison to the shoulders between each photo, and notice the increase in balance in the second photo. View the contour of the torso or outline of the torso in comparison to the arms, also the arm to waist angles, and notice the improved symmetry. If you note along the spine you can see increased symmetry in muscle tone and body landmarks.scoliosis results using our unique treatment methods

Words cannot begin to describe how much I appreciate Jennifer and her practice. I went from barely being able to walk without lower back pain to a 100% full recovery. In addition to providing a warm and nurturing environment, Jennifer is patient and will kindly explain every step of every process and make certain that you understand how to perform…

My experience working with Physical Therapist, Jen Graham, was life-changing.
I was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 11 and by the age of 13, I started physical therapy at Graham PT. My experience working with Physical Therapist, Jen Graham, was life-changing. Not only did she create a program of exercises that was uniquely tailored to me, but she also helped me develop an understanding of how my body functions with a curved spine. Through Jen, I am able to apply many aspects of my physical therapy program to everyday life on my own.

Jen has achieved a transformation that I believed was impossible when I started.
I presented with a back problem that was worsening. Despite the constraints of virtual sessions, Jen has achieved a transformation that I believed was impossible when I started. The sessions are the highlight of the week and can become the best workout that one can imagine, which combines PT, Schroth, and customized exercises. Jennifer is a master of her art and I am fortunate to have benefited from her deep knowledge and experience.

I feel more able to do the active things I want to do in life.
After suffering from back pain for most of my life due to scoliosis and after my posture worsening with age, Jen has helped me turn it around. My core is stronger and my back is straighter. I feel more able to do the active things I want to do in life. Jen is dedicated and holistic in her approach.

I have the highest regard for her knowledge and most importantly the art and science of physical therapy.
I was diagnosed with lumbar levoscoliosis in May ’21. It took me 18 months of different PTs and doctors to get to that point. I’ve been working with Jen ever since and I have the highest regard for her knowledge and most importantly the art and science of physical therapy. The degree of expertise she demonstrates is superior to others I’ve worked with in my 50+ years. You can visually see the difference in my posture and in the way I move. Most importantly, I’m working back to my regular high-intensity workouts and activities.

Jen is a wonder and knows what to do!
As a person whose scoliosis was not effectively treated for decades, and surgery was being discussed. My two-year experience with Jen and Graham Therapy and Fitness has greatly delayed, if not prevented, major back surgery. For more than 30 years, I worked with numerous other physical therapists, and none of them knew how to treat my scoliosis. Jen is a wonder and knows what to do!

I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Jennifer has been incredibly helpful in treatment and also teaching me the right way to stand and walk for my condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone—and best of all, she’s a lot of fun!

I have remained pain-free after 1 year!
I came to Graham after attempting correction of my Kyphosis with yoga and another PT. My acupuncturist had said that PT wouldn’t help the condition, and the prior PT I consulted, said that there was a chance that I could obtain a 20% correction with their organization. I worked with Jennifer over a 4 month period, and obtained a correction of over 50%. I no longer engage in yoga, acupuncture or PT, and after 1 year, I remain free of pain, provided I continue some of the exercises she taught me.
