Graham Therapy and Fitness, P.A.

Graham Therapy and Fitness is located in the heart of Bethesda, MD. We are a small physical therapy and wellness practice. Our office is situated on Saint Elmo Avenue, making it a commonly frequented spot for physical therapy in Bethesda and the DC Metropolitan area.

Graham Therapy and Fitness was founded by Jennifer Graham in May of 2008 in Rockville, MD and moved to Bethesda in 2012. Since opening in 2008, we have specialized in the treatment and conservative management of scoliosis, kyphosis and spine/posture conditions.  Our practice is unique as we specialize in using the classical Schroth Method in tandem with our own scoliosis/kyphosis/posture specific program and methodology. The additional scoliosis and posture methods developed under Jennifer Graham have excelled our results through clinical evolution.  We have a highly experienced staff including physical therapists and personal trainers. We also offer specialized treatment services for any pain, injury, or discomfort you may be feeling. Our patients have found high levels of success in our treatment services, due to our implementation of advanced technology, creative approach, thinking outside the box and evaluating multiple angles which could contribute to a diagnosis and appropriate methods.

We use sophisticated diagnostic methods, such as movement investigation and gait analysis, to help determine which services you will benefit from most. At Graham Therapy and Fitness, our thorough evaluations lead to successful treatment plans for your pain relief, healing, and future injury prevention needs.

What Bethesda Thinks About Graham Therapy & Fitness

Jennifer is a fantastic physical therapist. For years, I’ve had shoulder, hip and foot pain—all on my right side. Well, what do you know? I have mild scoliosis that’s never been diagnosed and I’m 43! Jennifer has been incredibly helpful in treatment and also teaching me the right way to stand and walk for my condition. I would highly recommend her to anyone—and best of all, she’s a lot of fun!

Ahava L.

I came to Graham after attempting correction of my Kyphosis with yoga and another PT. My acupuncturist had said that PT wouldn’t help the condition, and the prior PT I consulted, said that there was a chance that I could obtain a 20% correction with their organization.

I worked with Jennifer over a 4 month period, and obtained a correction of over 50%. I no longer engage in yoga, acupuncture or PT, and after 1 year, I remain free of pain, provided I continue some of the exercises she taught me.
